Let's talk

Tell us how high you need to go.

Send the working height, the ground condition and the duration. You will get a specification, a price and an availability date — usually the same working day.

One call gets you to someone who has done it before

No call-centre triage. Your enquiry goes straight to an engineer who can tell you whether the machine you are asking for is the right one.

After you hit send

What happens next

No black hole. Here is the actual sequence.

We read it properly

Your enquiry goes to an engineer, not a queue. If something in the brief does not add up, they will call and ask.

We shortlist

Usually two or three options with the trade-offs stated — including the cheaper one, if the cheaper one works.

Price & availability

A written quote with mobilisation, duration, inclusions and the date the asset can actually be on your site.

Survey if needed

For engineered scopes we visit before committing. Nobody benefits from a lifeline designed off a photograph.

Before you write

Things worth including in your enquiry

Five things: the height of the actual work, the horizontal distance from where the machine can stand to where the work is, what the ground or floor is like, how long you need it, and whether the environment is indoor, outdoor, occupied or hazardous. With those five we can usually specify correctly without a site visit. Without them, every quote is a guess.

Not for standard equipment enquiries. For engineered scopes — permanent lifeline systems, suspended under-deck access, large multi-site fleet contracts — a survey is part of the proposal process and is normally included, though remote or offshore locations may carry a mobilisation cost that we agree with you upfront.

Yes. For purchases and long-term hires we encourage a yard visit — you can inspect the actual unit, see its service history and have the operator controls demonstrated. For short-term hire that is rarely practical, so we send photographs and the current inspection certificate of the specific asset allocated to you.

For urgent breakdowns, shutdowns and emergency access, call rather than email — the number is answered during working hours and routed to the on-call engineer outside them. Emergency mobilisation of standard categories is often possible within 24 hours depending on your distance from the nearest yard.

Regularly, across infrastructure, power and defence-adjacent projects. We can provide the documentation packs these processes require — company credentials, past performance, certifications, test certificates and technical compliance statements. Send us the tender reference and the submission deadline and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.
